If you’re successful, you’ll be assigned a boarding group with a call time later in the day. Timing can vary—sometimes mid-morning, other times afternoon or evening. This free option is perfect for early risers and those with flexible schedules.

Pro Tip: There’s a second Virtual Queue opening at 1:00 p.m. (and occasionally 6:00 p.m.), but you must already be in the park to join. If you’re hoping to ride more than once, consider purchasing the Lightning Lane pass for additional rides.

Lightning Lane Multi Pass – Convenient but Costly

If you prefer a stress-free experience or miss out on the Virtual Queue, the Lightning Lane Multi Pass is your best bet. This paid option guarantees you a return time, so you can plan your day without the unpredictability of boarding groups.

Unlike single Lightning Lane passes, the Multi Pass allows you to skip the line at eligible attractions across Magic Kingdom and other parks (if you have Park Hopper). Prices vary by demand, but the convenience is well worth it—especially if Tiana’s Bayou Adventure is a priority.
