Traditions at Reunion Resort – A Hidden Gem in Kissimmee

Hey Howdy HAA Everyone!

It’s London. Welcome back to Happily Adventures After!

Welcome back to Happily Adventures After! We are so excited to have you join us for this week’s edition of HAA Disney: Give Me a Review

During our recent trip, we had the pleasure of dining at Traditions at Reunion Resort, located inside the Jack Nicklaus Clubhouse in Kissimmee, Florida. This upscale, tavern-style restaurant blends hearty American classics with a refined, relaxed atmosphere—perfect for both visitors and Reunion Resort guests.

What is Traditions?

Opened in 2018, Traditions offers a cozy yet elevated dining experience with an open-air kitchen and stunning views of the 18th green. It’s a great spot for brunch, lunch, or dinner, with a menu full of American favorites like burgers, pasta, seafood, and steaks.

Sunday brunch (10 AM – 2 PM) even features live entertainment, adding to the inviting vibe. The restaurant is open Monday through Saturday from 11 AM to 9 PM, and Sundays from 10 AM to 9 PM. Reservations via OpenTable are highly recommended during peak hours.

Getting There

If you’re staying at Reunion Resort—especially in Villas South, Bear’s Den, or Onward—you can walk or take the free resort shuttle to Traditions. If you’re not staying on property, gate agents will let you in with proof of reservation.

Our Dining Experience

We arrived just before the dinner rush and were seated right away—though by 6 PM, the restaurant was full and walk-ins had a long wait. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff was incredibly attentive without being overbearing.

What We Ordered

  • Classic Cheeseburger with Fries – $16 USD (~$22.91 CAD)
  • Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo (x2) – $26 USD each (~$37.23 CAD)
  • Classic Caesar Salad (x2) – $14 USD each (~$20.05 CAD)

Total with tax: $102.72 USD (~$147.09 CAD)

The portions were generous, and the Alfredo stood out with a rich, creamy, well-balanced sauce. Everything tasted fresh and satisfying.

Final Thoughts: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5/5)

Traditions delivered everything we were hoping for—great food, service, and a quiet, refined setting away from the theme park crowds. It’s an ideal spot for a relaxed dinner or Sunday brunch, especially if you’re staying at Reunion Resort. I’d absolutely return and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a quality meal off the beaten path.
